The function provides first line support on the enterprise software systems used in the Kemin offices in Russia and is based in Lipetsk.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st line support on all aspects of IT for the Kemin operations in Russia;
  • Work closely with the regional IT team and provide IT support to Kemin operations in Europe, Middle East & Africa;
  • Record & follow up issues in Kemin's IT helpdesk system;
  • Keep asset inventory up to date;
  • Be self-organizing and able to prioritize tasks;
  • Train new employees on our system;
  • Purchase and install PCs & printers and keep them updated, following guidelines of more skilled engineer;
  • Communicate and negotiate with vendors, providers and subcontractors;
  • Implement projects to improve the IT infrastructure,following detailed instructions in English;
  • Give support and come to improvements or issue resolution on ERP, Sharepoint, Flow, O365 and PowerBI applications;
  • Creations of solutions with Flows, Dashboard with PowerBI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor in IT;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role, software oriented;
  • Experience with ERP;
  • Excellent troubleshootings skills;
  • Good knowledge of PC's, Windows OS, Office 365, AD, Networking;
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint , PowerBI is nice to have;
  • Good communication skills in English, capable to follow complex instructions in English;
  • Good customer service skills.
