BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Agile Coach for a remote opportunity in Minnesota.
Job Title: Agile Coach
Duration: Long Term Contract
Location: Remote 100%
Rate: TBD
Agile Coach
Support Agile Teams in business functional areas (non-IT)
Develop Enterprise Agile Transformation Office capabilities - Enterprise Agile Offices, Program and Teams.
Develop Teams Agile Standards of Practices and run on Enterprise Agile Playbook
Develop comprehensive and customized agile training material
Coaching and mentoring Agile teams and leaders
Develop and provide training to business and IT staff on Agile-Lean practices
Working with a cohort of Agile coaches and trainers at the division, sector, and enterprise levels
Conducts routine executive level reporting on transformation activities and agile maturity of entire department
Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving common Agile methodologies, policies, and procedures for an Agile, iterative solution lifecycle from an executable architecture, concept development, iterative design, production, delivery, deployment, and maintenance.
Self-starter with Consultant Mentality - Need to be able to coach and guide
Skills:
Additional Experience and/or Qualifications:
Strong business acumen and advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
Lean-Agile methodologies, practices, and tools (i.e. Azure DevOps/Jira).
Proven knowledge of the application of Agile at scale and demonstrated ability to coach and lead the cultural and organizational change to make it work - SAFe or LeSS
Previous experience in Product Ownership or Scrum Master
Knowledge and experience in two or more Agile or Lean frameworks - Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Extreme Programming
Education:
Minimum Education and/or Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
6 years of experience performing in multiple Agile roles, to include 4 years of experience as an Agile Coach(not Scrum Master).
Licensure/Certification Required:
SPC 5.0 or above - Scaled Agile Program Consultant
Agile Certification - CSM, CPSO, ICP, PMI-ACP, or PSM
