As the Agile Coach for TQL, you will be creating and implementing processes, principles and practices across the IT organization to drive an Agile culture shift. You will work with IT leadership to enable Agile adoption that increases collaboration, predictability, transparency and promotes a culture of innovation.

- Own the Agile methodology strategy – building upon the vision and driving continuous development and evolution of the practice
- Build, maintain and continuously improve practices consistent with large-scale Agile models
- Educate and encourage IT teams on effective use of Agile practices
- Organize and support Agile leadership retrospectives, measure and track actions that produce results
- Lead or facilitate Agile events to help promote continuous learning across the organization
- Initiate and foster collaborative partnerships required for Agile training and coaching
- Provide ROI analytics of Agile delivery to IT and company leadership
- Work with teams to set performance goals and objectives and provide feedback on a regular basis
- Bachelor’s degree in technology required, advanced degree preferred
- CSM or PSM 1 is required
- Certified Agile Leader preferred
- 5+ years Agile coaching and leadership experience
- Experience working in a fast paced, matrix environment
- Strong understanding business problems with a history of delivering technical solutions that drive results
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to maintain flexibility while leading innovation and organizational change; ability to mobilize others to support change
- Proficient in Agile tracking tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira
