We are seeking an Agile Practice Leader and Manager to develop and support a diverse, talented team of agile practitioners. Please only candidates with an extensive breadth and depth of enterprise agility experiences apply. As a people leader and manager, the roles and responsibilities will be what you would imagine in an agile environment – servant leadership and a commitment to the growth of agile practices, interpersonal skills, and technical skills. Ensuring along the way that these capabilities help to guide the technology organization, and its business partners, with increasing effectiveness through an urgent and dramatic business transformation. The practice leader and manager will draw upon significant coaching and mentoring experience to demonstrate expertise and ease in developing a trusted relationship with agile practitioners through appreciative inquiry, gracefully moving from identification of growth opportunities to establishing personal accountability in identifying and executing upon development goals. All in service of the capabilities the organization demands and the personal goals of individual coaches.

Required Qualifications
- Previous Active participation in a cross-functional agile team as either Product Owner, Scrum Master or Developer.
- Experience in product and feature delivery in a technology environment leveraging a modern technology stack including cloud native applications and a robust DevOps pipeline.
- Demonstrable experience coaching managers, leaders, and executives to lead in a manner consistent with Agile Values and Principles and Servant Leadership.
- Experience facilitating new team onboarding for teams and managers.
- Experience leading and developing coaches employing techniques and distinctions consistent with ICF, ICAgile, etc.
- People Management or Leadership Experience
- Actively participating in a local or national/international professional coaching community.
- One on one and group coaching of agile practitioners
- Development of individual professional development plans aligned with personal and organizational needs.
- Provide on-going feedback, guidance and thought leadership
- Support in developing an expanding toolkit of agile techniques and methods to be applied as they work with teams, managers and leaders at any point in their agile journey.
- Develop trusted relationship with technology and business stakeholders in order to obtain direct constructive feedback on practice efficacy.
- Provides frequent constructive feedback on performance as informed by direct observation, feedback from clients and other means.
- Identify high-potential individuals who can become agile practioners through mentorship.
- Create an environment where practitioners feel supported and safe to experiment and create innovative approaches to supporting teams, managers and leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technology
- 3+ years of experience with strategic planning in a technology environment
- 2+ years of experience with leadership in an enterprise technology environment
- 5+ years of Agile experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
Job Expectations
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
