Job Description:
- This position is hands-on for Centralized Quality Governance (CQG) and other Shared Services
- This is also a consulting role to lead, guide, advise, assess those who are responsible for their SDLC work
- This role is responsible for creating scripts, documentation, and dashboards to be used by areas that we support and some for our own processes, as well as matrix and reports for Executive Leadership
Required: * Minimum 8 years as an Administrator of SDLC Management tools
- Minimum 4 years as Architect/Configuration Manager of Azure DevOps/VSTS/TFS Services (cloud) and Servers (on-prem)
- Expertise in migrating Projects (Code Repositories, Builds, Work Items, etc.) between Organizations in Azure DevOps
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining continuous integration (e.g. build servers, build and deployment pipelines, service hooks, service connections, notification subscriptions, etc.) utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps, Azure Jenkins, and Visual Studio
- Skilled in Azure DevOps integration with other service management applications utilizing tools such as APIs, Microsoft Power Platform, etc.
- Proficient in conducting interviews to assess current use of the Azure DevOps tool, identify process/business needs, and suggest opportunities for increased efficiencies
- Involvement with Agile and/or Waterfall teams, including developers and testers, as a Configuration Manager of Azure DevOps
- Thorough understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong management, problem solving, and communication skills (oral and written)
- Professional and tactful negotiator with influencing and conflict resolution skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills, team player with positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and diplomatic personality
- Exhibited creativity with the ability to initiate new ideas
- Proactively identify trends and implement quality and/or business process improvement(s)
- Excellent technical writing skills utilizing productivity tools, such as MS Office, Visio, PowerBI, SharePoint, etc.
- Expertise with deploying software to Microsoft Azure or other cloud service providers
- Working knowledge of networking and Windows System administration
- IT experience in Health Care insurance
