- Be part of a dynamic and motivated team of cloud engineers and architects
- Design, plan and implement Azure and M365 cloud solutions for new clients, with a high emphasis on automated and reusable deployments
- Act as an escalation point for Managed Service engineers, including vendor escalation
- Proactively look for opportunities to improve the design and implementation of public cloud solutions
- Keep abreast of emerging cloud technologies and help evaluate cloud-native and other vendor offerings to determine the best fit for business needs
Essential:
- 2+ years Azure and M365 environment provisioning and support experience
- Virtual Machines, Availability Sets, Storage Accounts, and Azure Site Recovery
- Virtual Networks, Virtual WANs, and ExpressRoute
- Endpoint Management, and Azure AD experience
- M365 configuration and set up
- Automation experience using Terraform and PowerShell
- Experience with migrations to public cloud projects (email, documents, applications, servers, etc.)
- Configuration management
- High standard of written documentation and annotated diagrams
- Good general working knowledge of the public cloud landscape and why businesses use them
- Azure Information Protection, PIM
- Application Gateways, Firewall, and DDoS Protection
- Azure SQL experience
- Windows Virtual Desktop Deployment experience
- Experienced with container technologies and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) and Azure DevOps
- Windows & Linux Server Administration background
- Have a consultative, positive, solution-focused mentality, and proactive 'can-do' attitude
