Overall 15+ years of technical delivery experience with a demonstrated track record of growing responsibility especially in migration (Azure) engagements.

Mandatory Skills:

Should act as a core member of an agile team driving the latest development practices

Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and to spec

Good to have one of the following certifications: PMI Agile Certification, Safe certification, Scrum Master

Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms (Azure) and languages a plus

Hands on exposure on Azure migration, methodologies, process, execution, and data validation projects

Good exposure to Azure compute services [Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake Store, Apache Spark, Synapse].

Quickly generate and update proof of concepts for testing and team feedback

Embrace emerging standards while promoting best practices

Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges

Effectively communicate to internal and external business partners on solution design

Continuous Integration and Deployment, Source Control

Experience in DevOps and test-driven development

Familiar with Open-Source technologies

Strong analytical & strategic thinking skills

Ability to interpret technical /business objectives and challenges

Practices Agile Methodologies

Must be able to Design High Availability applications

Working Knowledge on BI Tools like Power Bi,

Ability to work in and with cross-functional distributed teams, including working across multiple time zones and providing remote support.
