Omni Channel Business Analyst – Edible is looking for an experienced, passionate, and detailed oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Atlanta. Business Analysts are responsible for collaboratively improving and building Edible’s technology solutions.

Omni Channel Business Analyst – Edible is looking for an experienced, passionate, and detailed oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Atlanta. Business Analysts are responsible for collaboratively improving and building Edible’s technology solutions.

How you’ll make an impact:
- Serve as liaison and bridge the gap between business groups and development teams by gathering, analyzing, and refining business requirements.
- Responsible for translating business requirements into Epic’s, features, and user stories for both internal custom platforms and SaaS solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, business teams, and executives.
- Assisting in leading stand-up’s, grooming sessions, removing blockers for development teams, and prioritizing with product owners.
- Creating UAT test cases, testing, and participating in go-lives.
Must have skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with significant role as a Business Analyst or Product Owner role interacting with business and technology leaders/teams to define business requirements, workflows, and technology solutions.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience interacting with one or more agile software teams, onshore/offshore hybrid is a bonus.
- 2 years in the retail industry – Ecommerce or Store
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to clearly articulate and negotiate difficult circumstances
- Demonstrated experience learning new technologies
- Azure Devops, TFS or Jira
- A desire to always improve the user experience
- Significant technical knowledge and experience delivering complex IT solutions
- Self-starter and go-getter attitude, curious with drive to succeed and deliver quality solutions
- You’re comfortable collaborating with all levels of management, including presenting and demoing.
- You’re a product and user-experience evangelist
- Familiarity with ecommerce back-office solutions and in-store POS
- Experience with a Turnkey Off-the-Shelf Ecommerce platform and Backoffice modules is a Plus
