RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce Inc. is seeking a full-time Business Analyst to remotely support our enterprise energy client based in Houston, TX. Summary: This combination business analyst and Agile/scrum position works with the Developer and Data Analyst roles, as well as the client SMEs to further refine business use cases, rules logic and validation strategies. This resource will also work as the scrum lead for the team, working closely with the client's Scrum Master/PM.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Data dictionary & requirement mapping experience (3+ years)
• SQL language experience for data discovery and validation purposes (2+ years) (TSQL, PL/SQL, etc.)
• Expertise with the Microsoft Office/Teams suite
• Backlog grooming and sprint planning experience
• Performing client interviews for requirements extraction and documentation
• Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) experience or similar - Required (JIRA, TFS, etc.)
