Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

This role will have responsibilities around Supply Chain master data across all CT systems of record and applications, primarily in SAP (S4) and the Client Enterprise Product Master solution.
Key responsibilities:
- The Data Governance Coordinator is responsible for defining business rules and establishing data standards for CT master data attributes and defining reference data values, as required
- The Data Governance Coordinator is responsible for participating in the establishment of new and application of existing data management processes and procedures with CT stakeholders
- Maintain functional expertise for all Global Supply and CT master data attributes and become an authoritative source of CT master and reference data
- Responsible for promoting defined Global Supply and CT business rules, data standards, and reference data, and educating all CT master data stakeholders
- Responsible for defining new Global Supply and CT specific and applying existing data quality processes and procedures required to manage data quality issues
- Develop strong end-to-end understanding of Global Supply and CT business processes and support the integration of CT master data into new and existing platforms
- Develop strong relationship with Enterprise data management and IT stakeholders to support adoption of enterprise data management fundamentals and technology enablement activities
- Demonstrate a commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and understanding of global practices where business is conducted.
Professional experience and qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. in supply chain, management and/or engineering (biotechnology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, engineering or related data disciplines). MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Lean sigma certification preferred (e.g. Lean Practitioner, Green Belt)
- 7+ years with Bachelor's degree or 5+ years with a Master's degree in supply chain or related field with data management experience from a reputed, global or multi-manufacturing site Biotech, Pharmaceutical or Consumer Product company utilizing world class supply chain data processes and systems.
- 5+ years of experience in establishing and developing Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality (DQ), Reference Data Management (RDM), and / or similar data management capabilities
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with experience building and executing Change Management processes
- Experience with SAP S4, Oracle EBS, SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
- Experience with defining data standards and oversite of master data management and data quality processes
- Good understanding and exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory requirements
- Experience in developing and implementing world class, global supply chain data processes and managing them through deployment of global advanced data systems.
- Experience in working internationally in a fast paced, reputable global Biotech / Pharmaceutical or Consumer company organized in a matrix structure.
