This position will be a member of the Aeronautics Cloud DevSecOps Product team. The position will be responsible for the design, build, test, deployment and operations of one or more continuous integration and delivery cloud environment and services.
Most work will be in support of Lockheed Martin's F-35 and ADP programs, which includes a significant shift towards Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud platforms, and potentially other cloud services providers.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Responsible for the design, build, deployment, and configuration management of the work generated by a DevSecOps Scrum team in order to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the product.
Work with the Product Owner to ensure services in development are in alignment with the customers expectations.
Collaborate with team members to improve the company's engineering tools, systems and procedures, and data security.
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team to streamline code deployment.
Advance foundational processes to drive process and cost efficiencies within Cloud platforms and service offerings.
Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines)
Advance integration of Cloud service offerings with business area components
Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation.
Analyze code and communicate detailed reviews to development teams to ensure a marked improvement in applications and the timely completion of projects.
Take an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
Work with team on backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
Continuous improvement with infrastructure and application development, following all best practices and procedures as established by LM.
Provide feedback to fellow team members kindly and constructively, and actively seek feedback for professional improvement and growth.
This position requires strong ownership with a sense of urgency to launch services, and working some off hours to accommodate production issue resolution.
A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college with a STEM major
Experience configuring a cloud environment (AWS/Azure)
Experience configuring CI/CD toolchains (Gitlab, Jenkins, Bitbucket)
Desired skills
Experience developing Infrastructure as Code (Ansible / Terraform / Puppet)
Experience with container development and orchestration: Kubernetes, Openshift
Development experience with any of the following programming languages: C/C++, Python, Java, Groovy
Experience using DevOps and Agile principles.
Excellent team working and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
