The Cloud Solutions & Services (CSS) team is seeking an IT Technology Manager to join our team. The CSS team provides services in public cloud and on-premise infrastructure to host enterprise applications. As an IT Technology Manager, you will be the service owner, responsible for design, deployment, and operations of multiple services. You will partner with the IT Technology Directory for service strategy. We are seeking a leader who is innovative, results-oriented, plans strategically, builds relationships, advocates change, and positively motivates people.

Essential experience:
- Ten or more years of experience in Information Technology
- Three or more years of leadership responsibilities, including people leadership, strategy, business case planning, and operational accountability
- Planning, designing, developing, and operating IT services consumed by over 1000 internal customers
- Development of staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Managing third-party managed service providers and contract workforce
- Technical expertise in one or more of the following areas at substantial scale (over 100 enterprise applications) – container orchestration, application load balancing, public cloud services, desktop and application virtualization, hyper-converged infrastructure, on-premise private cloud
- Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, planning, problem solving, and execution skills
