Within3 is for a Cloud Support Engineer that will support the cloud infrastructure that hosts the internal business units as well as the customer-facing line of business applications. Technical skills are equally important as attitude and the ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities
- Working with Ops & Engineering for high-priority, on-call situations.
- Taking ownership of user issues, managing expectations, and seeing those issues through to resolution.
- Provisioning and maintaining cloud VDI and server environments.
- Working on cloud migration projects.
- Writing and maintaining documentation. (FAQ, KBs, playbooks, diagrams, standard operating procedures, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience working with IT system infrastructure.
- 1+ years of experience working with cloud services, AWS preferred.
- Experience working helpdesk support, or professional services.
- Experience working in regulated organizations, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, etc.
- Experience working in multinational organizations is a plus.
- DevOps and/or SecOps experience is a plus.
- Experience migrating legacy implementations to the cloud.
