As a valued leader on our team, you will manage staff who are designing and developing information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Cloud Technology Engineering Manager - Network Services role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Manage the development of solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.
- Mentor team members to enhance their understanding of the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.
- Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure regular and effective monitoring of performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Relationship Management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
- Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making
- Communication skills including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
- Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
- Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing
- Ability to transform business processes using BPA, RPA, or other technology-enabled automation
- Collective capabilities for leadership, including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring
- Experience working in Agile model--participating in daily standups, biweekly sprint planning
- Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
- People management experience, preferably in networking arena
- Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
- Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
- Skilled in Java and Python object-oriented programming
- Experience with network automation
- Good understanding of DevOps (CI/CD)
- Cloud Automation experience (Azure or AWS)
- Experience using JIRA
- Skilled in using REST API
- Experience using APIs for developing or programming software
- Network Engineering background
- Experience working in Agile model
