About the Team:
The Cost and Inventory team is responsible for Intel Cost and Inventory, which resides in an IT custom application: ICOST. Key objective is the simplification of costing and inventory valuation through system and process improvement and automation to support our finance user community.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Scrum Master to lead 2 APTs, both teams work under the same application but with different scope. ICOST APTs are focused on delivering new capabilities and production support activities as well, since it is a tier 1 application there is a strong attention to production support activities on every month "finance close cycle". Due to the nature of the service, the Scrum Master role in ICOST also includes "Ops Lead" responsibilities with the aim to provide an organized and efficient coverage on KTBR activities, has the big picture of the end-to-end flow of ICOST, allowing to take a lead position to manage the team efficiently against the ticket volume this service is used to have.
The responsibilities to this role include (but are not limited to):
Be well versed in the latest development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps and KANBAN.
Facilitate all SCRUM Ceremonies: Backlog Grooming, Planning, DSU, Sprint Review and Retrospectives
Partner with Product Owner and Stakeholders to make sure the product backlog is ready for planning
Monitor and improve team velocity
Improve team predictability
Coach the Delivery Team in self organization and cross functionality
Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating (making visible) information
Lead the team through the critical route of production support activities (Finance Cycles)
Incident Management and resource allocation to KTBR activities
Maintain constant communication with the stakeholders to ensure proper operations of the organization
Grow the efficiency of existing team processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the internal capacity
Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
Execute Operational Metrics to define process improvement plans reflected in the reduction of tech debt, waste (overhead tasks), ticket volume and improvement in the balance of development and KTBR activities.

Minimum
Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field
2+ years' experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry
1+ years' experience working on Production Support as part of any job experience
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master
2+ years of experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies including tools used for work planning and tracking such as; Rally, Jira, etc.
2+ years of Project Management experience
