Main goals:
- Preparing for scaling the team and the project:
- Formalizing processes
- Defining needed roles and hiring additional team members
- Setting up developer trainings
- Preparing project infrastructure for scaling
- Good kanban/scrum knowledge, building teams from scratch
- At least 5 years Team lead (5+ppl)/Senior PHP Developer/Architect/Delivery manager
- Hi-load and scalable system building knowledge (2000+ rps)
- Good communication skills/Conflict management, international team management
- Excellent knowledge of PHP & Symfony framework
- Good knowledge React + Redux, Node.js
- English Upper Intermediate+ is a must
- Good Git knowledge
- Docker/Docker compose and orchestration systems knowledge
