- Work in an agile development environment
- Follow standard practices & procedures when analyzing situations or data
- Embrace new technologies and document the process and train team members
- Work with various tools & technologies to achieve the desired functionality
- Communicate with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, and other developers, along with internal customers, to understand needs and requirements
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and Node.js
- Experience building platforms
- Fluency in at least one data technology
- Experience writing GraphQL, structuring data, and data storage practices
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services
- Experience building self-service tooling and platforms
- Experience with DevOps
