IntelliDyne is seeking a Database Developer to join our BI and Data Warehouse team focused on the
delivery of reporting and technology solutions. You will produce secured, documented, high-quality
applications software, Data Warehouse ETL, reporting and data analytics, using available
technologies. Ability to work with a team addressing bugs with QA, plan schemas with engineering,
and respond quickly to other business needs. You will work in a collaborative environment with
business leaders as well as other developers, architects, business analysts, and business leaders using
business intelligence, data warehouse, and system development skills.

Position requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
Solid understanding of SAS systems
SQL expertise—you can write a query to do almost anything
Experience handling a database environment with strong data analysis and analytical skills.
Database tuning experience, database integration design, and implementation, and management of database projects
ETL experience is a plus.
SAS, SAP Business Objects and Informatica experience preferred.
Data Warehouse analytics projects
DevOps environment experience
Must be a US Citizen.
NACI – National Agency Check with Inquiries active clearance or must be willing to obtain.
Preferred experience:
ETL experience is highly preferred.
SAS, SAP Business Objects and Informatica experience preferred.
A current DOD or other Federal security clearance is highly preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Enhancing and supporting the Data Warehouse batch processing using SAS
Create new reporting solutions using SAS and/or other BI reporting tools and SAP Business Objects
Ability to work in a SDLC environment by engaging with business units and various IT areas such as Quality Assurance and Business Analysis
Design logical and physical data models
Ensure database optimization, integrity, consistency, security, and privacy.
Provide support, guidance and collaborating with Application Developers to implement
database design and implementation.
Create scripts to build new database objects.
Assist with schema design, code review and SQL query tuning.
Participate in SQL code reviews, write and deploy SQL patches, and gain a deeper
understanding of mirroring and SQL clustering.
Evaluate software components and tools for software applications, making recommendations
for system improvements as required.
Upgrade and improve data and application schema, preparing design documents and
functional specifications.
