The KAES DevOps Analyst is an IT Professional who will have the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose application issues. This role requires strong critical thinking skills to help resolve complex technical issues for end users. This person will also have an opportunity to continue building out our competency in proactive monitoring and application health.

What You Will Do In Your Role
- Troubleshooting complex technical problems on a variety of business applications
- Work with internal users to address customer questions, issues, gather feedback
- Be an active contributor in our proactive monitoring and application health efforts
- Ensure proper documentation is in place to capture common issue resolutions
- Understand functional and technical aspects of key systems
- Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to solve difficult problems
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience in an application or business support related role
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues at an enterprise level
- Experience communicating with an audience with varying degrees of technical experience
- Ability to work on multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize each task
- Experience with IT support of Trading, Logistics, Accounting, or Operations Systems
- Accounting, Logistics, or Operation background or experience
- Experience with applications leveraging cloud architecture
- Experience with system monitoring tools
- Experience proactive monitoring
- Experience or education in application development
- 1+ years of experience with SQL
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, Engineering, or CS
