Devops automation Engineer with StackStorm
They are remote during Covid after they will require relocation.
The areas are Austin, Dallas, Chicago and possibly Phoenix
Responsibilities:
Create tools to automate aspects of production systems.
Work with leadership team to research, analyze, design, architect, develop scripting code, implement, Integrate, service, and support tools & automation solutions at scale.
Integrate multiple tools through API and create and configure workflows and Run Book Automation.
Identify services automation use cases with Delivery team and implement and integrate in production environment.
Create DevOps (i.e. automation using Stackstorm).
Requirements:
Over all 6-8 years of experience IT Services with minimum 4+ years of experience with Tools and Automation technologies.
2+ years of experience in implementation, solution development and administration of any automation or process orchestration tools like Stackstorm is must.
Experience with software development with Python.
Deep knowledge of API technologies/techniques REST and/or other web services.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT) or equivalent technical work experience.
Passion for open source, software, tooling, and automation.
Good Understanding of Windows, Unix, Linux Operating systems.
Confident, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision.
Strong in automation & cloud platforms.
