The new EMPARTS platform is a sophisticated, modern software application that requires a sustaining development team, a development infrastructure with the appropriate tools, and appropriate development processes. The sustaining team is responsible for on-going operational management of the new system, routine upgrades of underlying software and system components, and development activities to resolve issues experienced during operations, respond to enhancement request from end users, and to evolve and extend current features in response to policy changes and evolving needs of Navy Medicine.

- Platform personnel readiness measures, including billets filled, personnel available for deployment, and personnel fit to fill measures for the platform billet
- Administrative status, including Individual Medical Readiness information
- Personnel Readiness Training completion status, including baseline medical currency and expeditionary medicine individual training defined in the Navy Medicine Proficiency Checklists, as defined per specialty by the Navy Medical Force Development Center (NFMDC)

Requirements
- Responsible for on-going operations, management of the agile development process, defect fixes and minor feature extensions, and prioritized enhancements. Examples of a feature extension would be adding new data elements to reports, adding or modifying current reporting filters, moving, adding or changing how data is displayed in a profile page, and integrating new data sources into the database.
- Two years of experience with general system delivery
- Two years of experience with DevOps and automation frameworks
- Experience with Agile methodology and software development
- Experience with scripting languages, including PowerShell, Bash, PHP, Python, and Node
- Experience with Windows administration
- Experience with Microsoft SQL
- Experience with DoD Risk Management Framework and eMASS
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- DoD 8570.2 IAT level 3 certification such as CASP or CISSP
- 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years cybersecurity experience
- Experience with continuous monitoring and logging tools
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
