Experis IT is seeking an early in career DevOps Engineer who can bring some experience to the table and is also excited about developing and learning.

• Support, maintain and optimize our web applications infrastructure, architecture and surrounding processes.
• Respond to incidents in real time (On-call support).
• Continue support and improvement of our overall security posture.
• Optimize the overall performance of our web properties.

• Experience with Amazon Web Services with strong creative troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

OUR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE: (Required per OFCCP compliance)

• You are prepared to be on an on-call schedule and rotation.
• You can solve problems and give creative solutions on how to fix and optimize those problems.
• Experience and knowledge working with Amazon Web Services. Primarily with EC2, ELB, CloudFront, S3, Route53 and CloudWatch.
• Some experience and knowledge writing infrastructure as code using Chef.
• Experience working with Linux systems.
• You have some understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery philosophies and tooling like Jenkins.
• You have some understanding of Laravel web applications.

• You have experience with Python, Bash and PHP
