Job Description

As DevOps Engineer in an agile development team, which is focused on software and algorithm development based on common System and Software architecture for Driver Assist (ADAS) and autonomous driving (AD) products within BOSCH,

You will be responsible for:
  • leading tool development for automation and continuous X (integration, testing, delivery) in the autonomous driving projects.
  • Based on experience with DevOps methodology, you help architect, build and operate the cloud-based IT infrastructure for optimized and efficient software delivery with high quality.
  • You develop concepts and innovative approaches to improve software engineering processes including automation for all relevant development steps.
  • You adapt and extend workflows based on the developers’ requirements and support implementation of automated verification and validation by the Cx pipeline.
  • You are well connected in internal and external DevOps Communities and get latest information about state-of-the-art technologies
  • You work in an international environment, support and collaborate with the Bosch internal central tool development team.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 1+ years of DevOps development experience
  • 1+ years of experience in scripting languages e.g. Python, Bash
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Good understanding in version control mechanisms e.g. Git, experienced working with software development teams doing DevOps (Jenkins, Groovy)
  • Knowledge about continuous X strategies, hands-on experience in agile methodologies is an advantage e.g. using Jira,
  • Knowledge of different operating systems (Windows and Linux)
  • Good understanding in C/C++ programming
  • Good communication skills
  • German speaking is a plus
