Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 2 or more years of applicable experience in Virtualization using Docker and Kubernetes, as well as Kubernetes monitoring tools like Prometheus and Datadog
- A strong grasp of Git, CI/CD, Jenkins
- Experience with Travis, Artifactory, private image registries, Quay
- Experience with Automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash
- A good understanding of networking protocols (DNS, HTTP, SSL, SFTP, TCP and UDP) as well as Data Systems (Postgres, Elasticsearch, Kafka, MongoDB, etc)
- Experience with Networking or Security aspects of Kubernetes
- Good grasp of block and object storage and technologies (Ceph, Rook, etc)
- Experience in building Helm Charts and/or Ansible Operators for Kubernetes/OpenShift
- Certifications in Red Hat OpenShift, AWS or equivalent
