Currently, we are looking for DevOps Engineer to join the team
Required Skills:
- Previous experience with software development, infrastructure development, or development and operations;
- Experience with Linux and Windows infrastructures and servers management;
- Experience with database SQL (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL);
- Experience CI/CD tools, scripting;
- Proficiency in cloud computing services (AWS);
- Proficiency in automation tools;
- Proficiency in orchestration tools (puppet/ansible);
- Experience with Nginx/apache, docker(and ECS);
- Experience with Zabbix, AWS CloudWatch;
- Understanding of IP networking, VPNs (OpenVPN, IPsec), DNS(Route53, bind), load balancing (AWS);
- Soft skills (self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong team player);
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management;
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Manage and maintain infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes;
- Build and improve processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issues resolution;
- Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations;
- Develops procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse;
- Stays current with technological developments in systems administration technology and recommends ways to take advantage of new technology;
- Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements;
- Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale;
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups;
- Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary;
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impact.
