- Toolbox DevOps Engineers will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, and/or work/military experience
- Familiar with forecasting and managing a budget
- Experience with Linux, IBM Cloud, Ansible, Git, Docker, Kubernetes and Python
- Domain knowledge about CI/CD
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in technical administration and troubleshooting
- Passion for customer service
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles, experience in an Agile team
- Your comfort zone should be in technical environments, such as analyzing complex multi-system issues
- Ability to troubleshoot laptops, desktop, mobile devices on-site or remotely
- Familiar with our tools: Artifactory, Jenkins etc
- Process oriented and ability to execute IT projects
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Must be detail-oriented and a team player
