RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a DevOps Engineer. Responsibilities:

• DevOps Engineer will be mentoring of Development Teams on proper systems set-up
• DevOps Engineer will provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service
• DevOps Engineer will regularly collaborate with internal teams to provide technical assistance and content where applicable
• DevOps Engineer will deploy, manage, and operate scalable, High Available, and fault tolerant systems on AWS

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role (or similar role)
• Experience in software development and infrastructure development
• Knowledge of a Static Code Analysis Tool a plus
• Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration, and AWS
• Strong experience with databases such as SQL, PostGreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, DynamoDB, RDS
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Perl, Ruby, Python, PHP, TypeScript, Bash
• Experience with open-source technologies and cloud services: EC2, ECS, S3, etc.
• Use Scripting tools to automate software process migrations
• Experience with application/data migration to AWS
• Experience in creating automated build and deployment process
• Experience maintaining and deploying highly-available, fault-tolerant systems at scale
• Practical experience with Docker containerization and clustering (Kubernetes/ECS)
• Expertise with AWS (e.g. IAM, EC2, VPC, ELB, ALB, Autoscaling, Lambda)
• Version control system experience (e.g. Git)
• Experience implementing CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo)
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Chef)
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform, Cloudformation)
• Able to manage multiple competing system integration and development issues
• Training skills on Unit Testing Framework
• Great understanding on security concepts
