The DevOps Engineer collaborates across development, QA, and operations, organizing the systems and processes that help deliver better quality products to customers faster. The initial focus of this position will be in building out the CI/CD pipelines to optimize the software build and deployment processes. Responsibilities
Designs and implements CI/CD pipelines for our software products
Develops and optimizes the Gitlab platform
Manages Gemalto licensing tools, server, and documentation
Streamline and manage AWS cloud infrastructure.
Manages testing infrastructure
Manages NuGet packaging process
Documents the workflows and best practices for processes within the CI/CD pipeline
Constantly evaluate existing systems against accepted and evolving industry standards.
Identify, propose and execute changes to existing systems to improve quality, efficiency or cost.
Qualifications
Bachelors' degree in a technology-related field is a bonus, but not necessary.
2 years of DevOps experience, specifically with CI/CD pipeline
Proficient in Python, C# and/or Java
Experience with Docker implementation and Docker management
Highly adept at systems integration and automation
An internally motivated, self-starter who is capable of working and achieving results independently
Prepared to take on new challenges in areas they are not necessarily familiar with.
Ability to learn rapidly. You can quickly comprehend our processes, our systems, and how they fit together.
Excellent communication and organization skills
Comfortable in a complex technology environment
