DevOps Engineer

The Devops team at Secureworks provides the infrastructure and tools that power our Taegis XDR platform. We’re looking for a Junior Devops person to help us. If you’re a builder that loves devops, Linux and security, you’ll be very happy here.
Role Responsibilities
General Infrastructure
Learning about our people, environment, processes and procedures
Participate in on-call rotations, one week every 6 months.
Participate in routine audits, patching, upgrading systems, capacity planning and benchmarking
Developer Support
Help developers deploy and release their code seamlessly.
Write tools that improve our automation.
Responding to alerts and issues as they arise.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of linux systems administration experience
Experience with Devops and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of Git such as gitlab/github,
Knowledge of python, or golang
Excellent communication is essential.
Preferred Skills
Linux systems administration experience
Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, docker
Experience writing and deploying code. Terraform, Gitlab, python or golang preferred.
Certifications are a plus
Bonus for having a home lab and github repository with recent contributions
