NOTE: All candidates presented must know that when hired for the role that they will be started out working remote initially due to COVID-19 with offices closed but that they must be expected to work onsite in the office once offices are reopen (tentative target in Q1 now). When office reopens: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (subject to change based on team business needs).

MUST HAVE

Devops support experience on either application or infrastructure.

Administration experience in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA, Fortify, SonarQube and Nexus.

Experience in ITSM Service Desk tools (Service Now, JIRA, Remedy).
Experience with AWS Cloud services such as compute, networking and security.

Linux and Windows administration experience.

NICE TO HAVE
Experience with tools such as Tomcat, Kibana, Splunk, WebSphere, Power BI.

Job Details

8+ years’ IT industry experience with skills using DevOps pipeline, Support experience on either application or infrastructure is a must
Administration experience in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA, Fortify, SonarQube and Nexus
Should have worked with technologies and platforms including UNIX/Linux, Git, Maven, OpenShift, Chef, Kubernetes, Docker, across the Finance and Service Sector
Scripting/programming experience using groovy, python, terraform, bash or ksh and PowerShell
AWS Cloud services such as compute, networking and security
Linux and Windows OS administration
Implementation experience in Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Continuous Delivery and DevOps Operations for Agile projects
Experience in supporting systems from an infrastructure, code, and security concept perspective.
Experience is ITSM Service Desk tools (Service Now, JIRA, Remedy)
Solid understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management ITIL processes
Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Familiarity with Programming languages such as Java, angular, spring Framework will add value
Working experience with tools such as Tomcat, Kibana, Splunk, WebSphere, Power BI is a plus
