DevSecOps Engineer V

Kelly Government Solutions is hiring for a DevSecOps engineer on a government contract with our customer in Orlando, FL. This is a contract to hire opportunity, and candidates must be local to the Orlando area.
Must be eligible to obtain a SECRET security clearance
SUMMARY:
Design, build and maintain a stable and efficient infrastructure to optimize service delivery across production, QA, and development environments throughout the development lifecycle. Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve building, packaging, and deployment processes. Implement automated infrastructure capabilities like backups, security tools, monitoring. Utilize a consistent DevOps approach to improve all phases of the process and ensure end-to-end quality across functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve building, packaging, and deployment processes.
Integrate DevSecOps tools as part of an agile team to produce constructive simulation applications.
Implement security best practices and configuration management.
Design, implement, and maintain a CI/CD pipeline that maximizes efficiency for the team.
Manage and maintain the build infrastructure.
Create Jenkins pipelines to repeatedly build and test multiple applications.
Automate repetitive tasks to ensure repeatability.
Integrate dependency management into CI/CD pipeline using Artifactory.
Provide technical guidance for best practices and areas of improvement.
May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization
Works autonomously on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 9 years of experience
Experience with DevSecOps tools
Software experience with development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or TSP
Familiarity with simulation systems in an Agile environment
Ability to successfully complete assigned tasks involving interaction with multiple teams
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Automated deployment tools and methodologies
SecOps understanding and integration to CI/CD pipeline

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES :
Knowledge of Microsoft, Unix, or Linux infrastructure
Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and Git
Strong understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery
Jenkins build automation using Pipelines (Pipeline as Code)
Integration with Atlassian toolset (Jira, Bitbucket)
Experience creating Docker containers and its use in a containerized build environment
Experience using Git for source control
Experience using Maven/Artifactory
Experience scripting with Bash and Groovy
Experience with Linux administration
Provide technical guidance to team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
