Job Description
Tricentis is undergoing tremendous growth; as such, we are expanding our Corporate Development team in North America to further accelerate our expansion and increase our total addressable market. The ideal candidate for the Director of Corporate Development will possess a balance of business and technical skills, and a track record of developing and executing strategic market-growth opportunities. They will be expected identify, develop, and execute business strategies in a matrixed organization. Key initiatives will include driving revenue through Cloud Service Provider and Independent Software Vendor relationships. In addition, the Director of Corporate Development will play a pivotal role in the business and technical analysis of M&A targets. They will be expected to be a dynamic leader, experienced in playing leadership roles with both external strategic partners and senior executives. Tricentis is looking for a person with a desire grow with the company as we continue to expand.

Job Description
- Responsible for owning and developing partnerships, joint-market opportunities, and revenue growth strategies with Cloud Service Providers, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud
- Responsible for identifying and developing partnerships and joint-market opportunities with Independent Software Vendors, such as Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, and Workday
- Evangelize Tricentis solutions amongst the CSP and ISV partner ecosystem
- Provide leadership in a matrixed team to help operationalize strategic initiatives
- Identify, plan, build, and operationalize new market development opportunities and partnerships
- Provide market and technical expertise to assist with early assessments and due diligence activities associated with M&A
- One or more years of experience working with Cloud Service Providers such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and Google Cloud; and software, SaaS, ERPs, and DevOps
- 10+ years of experience in technical DevOps roles such as Product Management, Corporate or Business Development, Presales, or some combination
- Proven success in developing and managing strategic partnerships
- Ability to create and cultivate relationships with strategic decision makers
- Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills and a high degree of comfort with large and small audiences
- Self-motivated, resourceful, creative, adaptable, unquestionable ethics and integrity and a readiness to take calculated risk
