As the Director of Agile PMO, you will have oversight to the Prologis Agile IT Project Management Office (APMO). The position is responsible for ensuring that all IT delivery leads have been provided with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Project Management standards that the APMO have identified, trained, and communicated. Although SAFe Agile is the selected framework, foundational project management capabilities are expected from all that play a role in APMO and IT delivery. As someone that is passionate about helping teams realize their full potential, the APMO Director will deliver training and coaching. APMO systems used by the IT departments include strategic planning, ongoing status of initiatives, and reporting to all levels of management. What’s needed in order to do that:
Lead IT and Business teams to drive technical delivery through the organization based on Agile, Scaled Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Deliver practices and automation.
Ensure Scaled Agile governance processes and decisions are applied consistently.
Provide leadership and coaching within Agile and Coaching Communities of Practice.
Provide leadership role in terms of evaluating and reporting metrics to continually drive and measure quality.
Partner with IT Finance for alignment on execution and tracking of initiatives.
Assessment of third party Agile practices.
Owner of all APMO systems including responsibility of usage standard methodologies.
Utilize a combination of classroom training and hands-on coaching and mentoring.
Serve as the go-to specialist on agile methods; challenges team members to use a focused agile approach for developing quality software.
Partner with Operational Excellence team for business alignment.
Assist with adhoc requests from CIO and head of IT Governance.

Demonstrable experience leading a PMO with effective IT governance in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or other agile delivery.
Experience leading all aspects of Enterprise and large budget IT initiatives.
Shown ability to establish relationships and work multi-functionally with diverse leaders and trusted partners including on and offshore resources.
Able to communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Solid ability to craft and implement dashboards; ability to analyze data and communicate it in a way that tells a story.
Comfortable with change; can handle the unexpected with flexibility.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work with a collaborative approach and build trust with others.
5-10+ years of experience in managing and coaching in an Agile PMO.
5+ years of experience working in an agile / scrum environment with a shown appreciation for large enterprise standards.
5+ years of experience as a project manager in a traditional PMP environment.
SAFe SPC certification.
Proficient knowledge of Agile/DevOps/Program Management. Lifecycle Methodologies & Standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
Experience working in a geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-group.
Knowledge and experience using Jira Align, Jira, Confluence, Apptio.
Other Requirements:
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
Technical solution architect experience preferred.
Knowledge of Financial industry is preferred.
Target base compensation range of: $122,000 - $153,000, plus variable compensation (bonus target & equity) to be discussed during initial phone interview.
