Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in information technology, engineering, math, computer science, analytics, or other related field)
- 10+ years of combined experience in data engineering, ingestion, normalization, alignment, transformation, aggregation, modeling, and storage
- 8+ years of combined working with industry standard relational and non-relational data storage systems
- 8+ years of experience in managing large healthcare data assets using SQL, Python, Scala, Java, R or other similar querying/coding language
- 8+ years of experience managing complex data projects and programs
- 5+ years of experience managing analytics initiatives with minimal guidance
- 5+ years of experience supporting multiple concurrent data centric initiatives or projects
- 2+ years of experience facilitating healthcare analytics
- 2+ years of experience building, mentoring, and managing high performing teams or directing the work of others
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
