The Director of the Cloud Integrations is responsible for leading projects related to M&A activity and cloud project management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the team’s influence and impact. Candidate possesses professional leadership and management skills with outstanding motivational and technology ITIL management capabilities.

o Proven execution skills. The role-holder will need to be able to prioritize multiple competing time demands, load balance and prevent bottlenecks, drive complex projects and tasks through to completion.
Responsibilities:
o Collaborate with other cross-functional delivery, support and business leaders on business and Cloud projects or initiatives to align infrastructure with business goals.
o Collaborate on the integration of physical and application architecture through close teamwork with software architects, application developers, and infrastructure operations teams.
o Lead initiatives to maintain and operate a 24/7X365 high-performance, highly available infrastructure.
o Champion Agile and Devops methodologies as a means to improve operational process and increase velocity of the team.
o Develop team’s predictive capacity and analysis skills to drive continuous improvement in the quality of forecasts and trends.
o Optimize resource capacity management to maximize revenue growth and Netsmart’s financial performance. Provide budget input and validation.
o Contribute to corporate strategic objectives by optimizing team’s ability to support key initiatives for target roles.
o Develop and maintain operational procedures and service level goals meeting or exceeding business cadence and scale requirements with a professional level of work quality.
o Provide clear, accurate, timely, and transparent access to the performance metrics of the Infrastructure Engineering Team.
o Deliver innovation initiatives to drive new business revenue and projects.
o Drive, direct and ensure on-time and high-quality fulfilment of each relevant deliverables.
o Manage performance, drive a high performance, collaborative culture and oversee and manage remuneration across multiple geographies.
o Support business development initiatives in collaboration with sales and product leads.
o Maintain and grow relationships with senior client executives.
o Hire, develop and retain top talent. Be sensitive to cultural differences and excel in managing a globally dispersed, remote team.
o Create an opportunity for teams to focus on the work necessary to reach company goals, forcing out distractions.
o Manage incident, problem and change management procedures and reporting for services as required.
o Manage the quality, consistency, accuracy, completeness, and testing of infrastructure engineering related processes and documentation, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity plans.
Qualifications
o Execution: Demonstrated ability to take concrete actions to deliver and inspire.
o Domain expertise: Demonstrated expertise in areas specific to the Data Center infrastructure industry, interrelated technologies and trends in digital and cloud services.
o 5 plus years’ experience working in a service delivery infrastructure with a full management experience in IT related technology fields
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience
o Recognized expertise and solid knowledge in Data Center infrastructure, cloud and related software technologies to lead relevant research coverage and grow business in this topic area.
o Credibility to represent research methodology and strategies effectively at a senior level
o Demonstrates high level of influence, negotiation & facilitation skills
o Collaboration and consensus building skills with a large, diverse group of clients
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
o Communicate clearly and create the environment for effective communication, cooperation, collaboration, and conflict resolution; foster open dialog and feedback.
