Job Description
Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS) is looking for a highly motivated Configuration Analyst I to
join the Configuration and Data Management team located in Largo, FL. This role will support product lifecycle management, performs a wide variety of technical and administrative tasks and is
mainly to provide Software Configuration Management (SWCM) program support.
Position responsibilities include configuration identification, coordination of Engineering Review Boards (ERBs), administrating software version control repositories, developing and maintaining the software build and deployment infrastructure, performing configuration controlled software builds and releases, generating software build
documentation, managing software licenses, supporting internal/external audits and processing
media requests.
Additional responsibilities include creating Supplier Technical data packages using STAMP (Supply-chain Technologies for Affordable Manufactured Products) process. STAMP packages be used to support Purchase Orders. Using proven processes and standard tools, Common Product Data Management, status engineering data,
tracked and managed throughout the process. The path to a Verifier capability requires knowledge of content, models data and exceptions are understood to ensure complete packages are produced.
This position requires the candidate to work in a dynamic environment in which evolving program priorities dictate individual task priority. This position is part of a larger CM team and requires regular collaboration with team members. The ideal candidate works independently while supporting team goals and communicate program
activities. During peak periods, the candidate may be required to work a modified schedule to support
team goals.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree NOTE: In lieu of Bachelor's degree, candidate may also
possess an Associate's degree with 8 years' related experience OR High school Diploma
with 12 years' of related experience

Required Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word,PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Ability to work in a team-based environment with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Sense of urgency; ability to meet challenging deadlines and experience meeting short-turn and high-pressure deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and operate self-guided with some supervision
- 2+ years of related experience
- ability to obtain a secret clearance
- Understanding of basic configuration management concepts
- Software development and automation scripting experience
- Software Development: C++, Java
- Computer Scripting: PERL, Python, ANT
- Development Build Tools: ClearQuest, ClearCase, WindRiver Workbench, Wind River Tornado
- Experience with Agile/DevOps software development
- Ability to read engineering drawings and knowledge of product structures.
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance
