Job Description
As the company is growing at a fast pace, we have opportunities to transform the company into a more efficient and result-driven organization. In that regard, we are looking for top FP&A talent to join our team as Director of Go-To-Market Finance. This role reports to VP of Finance and will be responsible for planning and forecasting our ACV bookings, ARR and expenses for GTM functions (sales and marketing). This role will also be responsible for managing our deal desk in the future. We are looking for someone who is motivated, flexible, and resilient and can be a change agent for our company’s next chapter.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop ACV bookings forecast model by incorporating forecasting drivers spanning from marketing leads through sales pipeline
Forecast and manage the revenue and expense for the GTM teams
Drive insights as to how to improve GTM functions operationally and financially
Ensure data accuracy and measure KPIs such as LTV/CAC, sales productivity, marketing ROI, sales cycle efficiency by multiple dimensionality (GEO, Product, Customer Segment, etc.)
Help develop and drive topline forecast for annual operating plan and long-range planning
Manage the E2E sales compensation cycle including design, analysis, reporting, administration and partnering with the sales leadership team
Drive the quota and capacity planning for the entire sales team
Support ad-hoc strategic & operational projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business/finance/accounting or other related fields; MBA desired
10-12 years of progressive, relevant finance experience working in high-growth companies
Sales finance experience is required; Marketing finance experience is a strong plus
Technology company background is required. SaaS experience strongly preferred
Experience of managing the compensation cycle is strongly preferred (Familiarity with CallidusCloud is a plus)
Hands-on financial forecast modeling experience
Advanced Excel User (Advanced formula, Pivot table, Power Pivot)
Hands-on experience with SFDC is preferred
Self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision and effective in dealing with ambiguity
Ability to build strong partnership cross functional groups and finance teams
Experience leading and developing a team
