Position Summary:
The Financial Analyst - FP&A will be responsible for key internal and external periodic reporting requirements as well as financial planning and variance analysis. The Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Finance team and will work closely with senior management to analyze overall operational performance. This will be a key position in the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) group and will be responsible for producing accurate financial information while meeting all reporting deadlines.

Position Summary:
The Financial Analyst - FP&A will be responsible for key internal and external periodic reporting requirements as well as financial planning and variance analysis. The Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Finance team and will work closely with senior management to analyze overall operational performance. This will be a key position in the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) group and will be responsible for producing accurate financial information while meeting all reporting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain financial supplement package to report monthly financial results to executives and owners and provide high-level variance analysis as compared to the budget and prior periods
- Prepare Bookings, Billings, and Revenue month-end reporting & variance analysis
- Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast model in the Adaptive Planning tool
- Coordinate financial system integration for new acquisitions including mapping and loading Proforma P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows
- Play a key role in developing external reporting for our creditors and Private Equity owners
- Implement process and system improvements as needed and ensure that all financial reporting is consistent with GAAP and Company accounting policies
- Develop, implement, and document appropriate control procedures over financial reporting
- Analyze financial data and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities as needed
- Assist other Finance and Accounting areas as needed
- 2 or more years of progressive accounting or financial analyst experience.
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of GAAP and the ability to interpret and implement new GAAP guidance.
- Computer experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Operational experience using any of the major accounting systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, GreatPlains etc.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning a plus.
- Experience in documenting and improving existing systems and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
