About Inhabit IQ & SiteCompli
Inhabit IQ operates a unique collective of tech-forward companies serving the residential, commercial and vacation rental industries. Our brands’ strategic partnerships deliver transformative software solutions and services across our brands. We believe that property and vacation rental managers should have the opportunity to choose the platforms that best support their business goals and that they should be able to benefit from strategic partnerships across our ecosystem.
As one of Inhabit IQ’s leading brands, SiteCompli is an award-winning company building SaaS solutions for the real estate industry. Our product suite makes building management easy to navigate for the largest building owners and property managers in the world, and we are currently expanding our product line.
About The Role
SiteCompli is looking for a talented Junior to Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer to play a key role on our technology team in expanding and enhancing our product offerings.
We build best-in-class real estate compliance monitoring and workflow systems. Our desktop and mobile platforms bring a new level of data insights and intelligence to the commercial real estate world.
You'll work with other engineers on a Scrum team to build new product features from start to finish as well as improve performance and stability and enhance existing features. Our tech team operates in two-week sprints and deploys bi-weekly with the flexibility of push-button deployments and on-demand QA instances.
Infrastructure and environments don’t get in our way! They empower our development with best-in-class DevOps tools and systems.
You’ll enjoy the perks of working at a smaller company, such as being hands on for many important projects and developing with tools and technology many larger companies use.
With constant opportunities to learn and grow, you will sharpen your development skills and have the chance to modernize and optimize our more established technologies.
We offer a high-level of flexibility and promote a healthy work-life balance, whether you’re working from home, a café, or the office (with lots of free snacks and coffee!). Our technology team is fun and close-knit, often hosting taste tests and impromptu nerf gun battles.
Our Ideal Candidate
Energetic problem solver: You can work out difficult problems with clean solutions, both by yourself and with teammates. You're comfortable asking for help when you need it.
Quick learner: You are open to learning and using new technology and practices that will help grow your career and improve our client experience.
Delivering quality products for our users: You can work with others to build and maintain quality user interfaces for a big audience, following Agile principles, using technologies like PHP, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks like React. You also understand how parts of a system fit together — from UI to data models, using relational database systems like MySQL.
Familiarity with our tech stack: You are proficient with any part of our technology stack, including PHP, Python, React + jQuery, MySQL, React Native, Ansible + Vagrant, Docker + Kubernetes, and AWS.
Passionate: You are eager about learning new technologies, languages, and tools. You are passionate about engineering scalable solutions and intelligent tools in a close-knit and fast-paced environment.
Empathetic communication: You communicate your ideas clearly and listen to others with respect and understanding. In disagreements, you engage open-mindedly with other points of view and compromise when needed.
Team player: You are extremely comfortable working closely with other engineers and product mangers. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish shared goals, and you care about learning, growing, and helping others to do the same.

Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re on a mission to transform the way buildings are run. To do something that has never been done before, we need diverse perspectives to drive innovation and respond to an ever-changing market. Diversity is not a “nice-to-have” — it is critical to our mission, culture, and values.
We know that an inclusive work environment nurtures talent and ideas, leading to better business decisions and a more engaging culture. We encourage everyone to be their authentic selves at work and strive to create an environment that amplifies all voices and celebrates our unique differences. We are welcoming to all, regardless of race, color, ethnicity or national origin, gender, pregnancy, religion, age, disability, familial status, veteran status, or sexual orientation.
We recognize that this work is never done. We commit to keeping at it — always learning, growing, and improving.
