Responsibilities:
- You are a product owner of our cashing up system (you organize our projects, support & build processes from IT part)
- You are responsible of the functioning of our network & infrastructures (good knowledge of network, security infrastructures and Windows/SQL servers/AWS)
- You are responsible for organization and management of IT support in Decathlon Kazakhstan (cashing up, network, infrastructure)
- You lead new IT projects that we will put in place
- You implement the best organization to make our processes efficient, secure, duplicable and simple.
WHO ARE YOU?
- You have an IT Engineering / Technical degree
- You have successful experience in IT project management and in systems administration. (5 years experience)
- You love sport and the spirit of sport
- You love to work as a team, not only as an alone specialist. You love freedom and responsibility
- You have a pioneer-startup mindset, agile and flexible
- You have the sense of service and the responsibilities, you like to take initiative
- You love people, users, customers and products
- You are focused on the “why” and not on the “how”. You are not afraid of giving your confidence
- You are advanced in English (French would be a +)

Must have skills:
- 5 years of proven IT experience
- Knowledge and experience with server hardware
- Experience with Unix / Linux systems
Experience with networking technologies - understanding the TCP / IP stack, configuring and managing network equipment (routers, L2 / L3 switches, WiFi access points)- Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above
- Cross-functional project management skills
- Skills of building monitoring of the state of IT services
