Groupe SEB, leading company on the small domestic appliance market, opens a Head of IT position
Main responsibilities:

1. Management of the Local Leaders in area of SAP, BI, Infrastructure support & development. Develop internal processes & support procedures.
2. Corporate and Local Project supervision & project portfolio management in the areas of responsibility.
3. Local IT team’s activity coordination with Corporate IT, located in French Headquarter, in terms of Security & Corporate standards compliance.
4. IT budget management
5. SAP FI/CO support & project management
6. Drive BI culture development in the Company with respect to the selected toolset (QlikSense BI solution)
7. Develop Key User community and support smooth change management process in various business teams

Main requirements & hard skills:

1. Need:
   • Practical knowledge in terms of support or Project delivery in SAP areas of:
     • FI modules including AP, AR, GL, AA, BL (deep understanding of the Local Russian Accounting Standards specificity)
     • CO modules: PC for repetitive manufacturing, PA & OM basic understanding
     • FI-SL for Profit Tax Reporting good level of expertise
     • Electronic Invoices exchange in SAP
   • SAP Specific tool knowledge:
     • SAP transports management understanding
     • SQ* queries reporting
     • SECATT & Batch Input for mass activities automation
   • BI & Reporting experience:
     • BI & Reporting concepts understanding: ETL, BI Dashboards building principles
     • SQL basic syntax understanding
     • MS SQL Server architecture overview (SSIS, SSAS)
     • Practical experience with QlikSense/QlikView
   • IT support & change management building experience (with respect of ITIL principles, Agile methodology)
2. Nice to have:
   • SAP MM/SD modules overview
   • Programming experience:
     • VBA / VBS
     • Python
   • Understanding or practical experience in DevOps methodology setup (git, CI/CD pipelines)
   • E-Com & Digital marketing Projects participation experience is a plus
   • Russian Accounting Standards & IFRS knowledge

3. Soft-Skills:

• Communication skills, ability to explain complex technologies for non-Technical minded people
• Management skills, ability to take responsibility and increase ownership for subordinates
• Leadership, proper skills to motivate for action
• Business oriented mindset

4. Other experience:

• More than 6 years in IT or 3 years in IT management (SAP specialization is a plus)
• Management of the people (even small teams) is a must
• Fluent or Upper-Intermediate English, French is a plus
