    SINTEC US is a part of SINTEC Holding being an international mechanical and electrical contractor that provides a range of professional installation services for industrial and commercial projects, specializing in automation technologies for material handling and storage systems (conveyor, sortation, palletizing, and storage).

    Location
    The office of Sintec US is located in NC-Charlotte

    Role and duties:

    This is a hybrid full-time position that contains 3 main blocks: office administration, recruitment, and bookkeeping. The percentage allocation to each block may vary during the year.

    Administration:
  • General office administration (phone calls, daily mails, stationary).
  • Preparation and filing of documents (Word/Excel processing).
  • Communication with suppliers.

  • Recruitment:
  • Posting job advertisements on job boards and other channels (HR guidance will be provided).
  • Preliminary screening of CVs.
  • Arranging job Interviews.
  • Follow up with candidates.

  • Bookkeeping:
  • Work with QuickBooks (entering bank transactions, follow up).
  • Prepare and send cheques
  • Monitor office expenses


  • Personal Specification:

    - Previous experience in admin position
    - Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure
    - Strong IT skills and Microsoft Office
    - Strong written and oral communication is essential
    - Friendly telephone manner
    - Highly organized; problem-solving attitude
    - Flexible and willing attitude
    - Fluent in English
    - Other European languages will be an advantage (Spanish, German, Russian)


    We offer:
  • Salary: $35.000-45.000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
  • PTO: 1st year-12 days; 2nd year, -16 days, starting from 3rd year- 20 days, medical insurance, 401 (K)
