The individual would be responsible for the development and support of SAP HCM solutions, workday reporting/calculated fields as well as maintenance/integration/support of data and processes across HR landscape and relevant downstream systems
Position works with the other groups in the global and regional organizations, as well as with Shared Services and Production Sites. Perform solution consulting as well as support the design of new solutions and concepts for the global HR solutions according to best practices to achieve highest efficiency and sustainability.

- Major tasks and responsibilities
- Responsible to develop/implement/support HR solutions across SAP, Workday, Payroll and integrated landscape
- Maintaining the system integrity according to the integration landscape of the HR system and by this providing consistent data and processes across different HR applications and for relevant downstream systems
- Work with external solution providers/3rd party vendors to develop and implement specific aspects of the solution integration.
- Responsible for designing integration specifications and development of programs, testing, release and incidence management
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration/management or a related field and at least five years of related experience OR a master’s degree in information technology, business administration/management with at least three years of related experience
- Good understanding of SAP HCM functionality and relevant business processes.
- Experience with Workday strongly desired.
- Excellent knowledge of HR processes, HR data models and Organizational responsibilities inside the global HR community
- Previous experience in Cloud and/or DevOps environment would be preferred
- Deep knowledge of Global HR-regulations and organizational Responsibilities
