Information & Cyber Security (ICS) is a part of Wells Fargo Technology. ICS pioneers solutions to secure customer information and enable our partners. This group’s mission is to deliver seamless security for stakeholders by empowering the team to manage risk and provide proactive, innovative, and resilient solutions.

ICS is responsible for protecting the company from cyber threats, engaging with Wells Fargo businesses, assessing information security risk, providing identity services, performing security engineering, and operating the ICS function.

Identity and Access Management's (IAM) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargo’s infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

The Info Security Sr Associate will participate in these various duties:

• Provide cross-functional leadership on issues related to IAM product development.
• Manage the IAM product development process from ideation through delivery
• Own the agile development process to create potentially shippable products each iteration.
• Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs.
• Work with development teams, clients, and integration partners on a variety of IAM technologies and services.
• Develop visions and roadmaps for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, and the market.
• Prioritize features based on the needs and benefits of the client organization, to include its user base, to maximize product value.
• Employ a strong empathy for users and stakeholders to generate products with satisfying user experiences.
• Understand and define a business managers’ problem and articulate it to the development team to drive solutions.
• Test product hypotheses and manage user testing cycles.
• Break down complex problems into actionable steps for the development team.
• Facilitate collaborative decision-making during workshops.
• Document and refine IAM core policies, standards, procedures, and related flow charts supporting IAM services



Required Qualifications


  • 7+ years of information security administration experience
  • 4+ years of product development and product management experience
  • 4+ years of Agile experience


Desired Qualifications


  • Expert knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies, including Information Security Frameworks, Standards, and best practices
  • Expert information security technical skills
  • Ability to manage highly complex issues and negotiate solutions across business lines
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization; including at the executive level
  • Knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles
  • IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience


Other Desired Qualifications
• Demonstrated success in a Product Management construct with an emphasis on information security solutions
• Proven experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog and documentation for enterprise technology solutions.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end information technology (IT) process, including product strategy development, customer engagement, architecture design, engineering, implementation, and operations
• Strong knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
• A strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices (Agile, Scrum, DevOps, etc.)
• Product owner certification a plus
• Experience in building and leveraging relationships to influence peers, stakeholders, and leadership of various levels
• Experience with executing a strategic multi-year roadmap for IAM, creating user stories, backlog grooming/prioritization, and working in a DevOps environment
• Subject matter expertise in certification, provisioning/de-provisioning, and role mining activities
• Experience with supporting critical functions such as IAM operations, Data governance, and Service delivery functions for the IAM Program
• Experienced with process modelling techniques (e.g., value stream mapping)
