Saint Petersburg Manufacturing Center (STPMC) P&G Gillette produces double edge blades (7 O’clock, Astra, Sputnik) and disposable razors (Blue 2, Gillette 2, Permatik) and packages system razors and blades (Gillette Fusion, Mach3, Venus).
Responsibilities:

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of the corporate MES system, install, test and qualify regular releases of the MES system
• MES system configuration including Master data
• Incident management, test API and solve system failures with technical support Level 2-4
• Perform Level 1 technical support role
• Work with a global technical experts team and service line to find and implement best approaches to improve reliability of MES system
• Change requests execution in accordance with latest company policies
• Develop and implement applications based on the Office 365 platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)
• Provide technical support for applications and handle it in accordance with company policies
• Conduct Application Governance for MES and Office 365 based applications
• Develop training materials, qualification programs for end-users
• Lead Digitization projects

Qualifications and skills:

• Higher education (Bachelor level or higher), preferably, in Information Technology area
• Advanced/highly proficient skills in Microsoft Office 365 tools
• Experience of working with the MES systems for at least a year
• Intermediate to advanced English language, both written and spoken.
• Preferably: understanding of the basics of databases, ability to write SQL queries, experience in working with one of the programming languages C Sharp, Java script, Python
