Job Description:
- This role is responsible for *leading a team* of IT development resources in *the tactical activities related to the management, design, development, testing and / or the support of several applications or databases.*
- This role is also responsible for *performing resource and workload analysis* to effectively prioritize and assign project and support requests. Understands team product offerings to effectively *recommend solutions to customers, internal business partners and other IT associates.*
- Possesses full technical knowledge of *all phases of systems analysis* and also *considers the business implications* of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
- Project Planning / Administration / Delivery for Application development projects
- Oversee the development of project and resource plans and validate that all significant plans are optimized with regards to schedule and personnel. Communicate commitment dates to project stakeholders.
