Responsibilities:
- Management of distributed IT department with >20 employees
- Development and implementation of an scalable IT strategy
- ERP support and development (Management of ERP migration project)
- Communication with headquarter functions in Europe
- Alignment of department activities with corporate standards (IT Audit)
- IT Infrastructure in more than 60 branch offices in Russia
- Information Security
- Support and consulting of 10 business units in IT related areas
- Facilitating optimization activities in cooperation with process group and key users
- More than 5 years in a management position
- Experience in international companies (preferred)
- Track record in managing complex projects in a matrix organization
- Higher education preferred in area of IT
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in 1C ERP/KA, WMS
- Cisco Infrastructure
- Server Architecture
- Fluent English and/or German
