- Maintain core infrastructure service designs and configurations in accordance with IT standards.
- Interact with customers service managers and operational support teams to design test and deploy security and/or automation solutions to meet business needs.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex service and infrastructure issues.
- Infrastructure system performance and resolving performance issues.
- Configuration updates to corporate standards and hardware software upgrades.
- Responsible for the proactive service and system monitoring.
- Responsible for on-call support for a 24 hours / 7 days operation.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or any other related field.
- Microsoft Active Directory and associated components and/or Microsoft Azure as identity as a service platform including planning, configuration, optimization, and deployment
- Script and automate tasks in different languages: PowerShell, VBScript, JavaScript
- Windows and Linux operating system security, installation and administration
Experience in:
- Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)/Kerberos Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and Domain Name System (DNS)
- Highly available and high-performance practices and architectures
- Basic networking for example: subnets firewalls loads balancing VLANs, etc.
- DevOps Agile Scrum SAFe and working within an Agile Persistent team
- Using Privilege Access Management PAM or similar tools
- Using Active Roles Server ARS or similar tools
- Manageability applications such as: SCOM BigFix and Antivirus configuration
- One or more of the following industry certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Master (MCSM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
