RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's Fortune 100 client in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager with Software Development managerial experience to lead a development team of 80+ IT resources supporting a project that is both tactical and transformational. The candidate will be responsible for resource capacity/velocity planning, ensuring work is progressing according to plan, removing obstacles, negotiating scope with PO and stakeholders based on capacity, and ensuring the developers and testers are following the Behavior Driven Development model.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in JIRA for project planning and reporting, and using advanced excel spreadsheets already established for capacity/velocity planning
• Considerable experience managing a large, global software application development team using Behavior Driven Development and/or Test Driven Development
• IT technical knowledge in Cloud technologies like Kubernetes, Containers, DevOps pipelines which includes Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (using Jenkins), and Test Automation using Selenium
