Currently, the agency is looking for an IT Recruiter to handle senior+ positions and work with English-speaking clients.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment;
• Understanding of ins and out of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation;
• Intermediate+ written/verbal English;
• Well-versed in definitions of different software development roles and related technologies;
• Solid networking skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handling recruitment duties, finding tech talent for vacant positions in product companies;
• Overseeing candidate experience at each stage of the recruitment process;
• Providing candidate market research.
